The loss of 1% of data in a text message is not such a big problem. It can be understood what is meant in such a message from the context. But if there are files attached to deleted messages, most often they are lost permanently.

1. Download “Restore Deleted from Outlook Express”
2. Run the program by clicking "Start->Programs->Software Fix->Restore Deleted from Outlook Express"
3. Select the file or the folders you want to search for deleted messages
4. Click the "Run Now..." button to find and restore deleted messages.
